Our main brands such as “Mujjól Shikrán”, “Bonfish” and “Salmon Shikrán” as well as the rest of other private labels that we manufacture for different clients, turned the company up into the leader company within this market share in Spain.
Our main competitive advantage compare with other simiLar products is that the other caviar substitutes are based on lump eggs or marine algae and fish aromas. Our products are elaborated on a different fish base (mullet roes, herring roes, smoked salmon.) and have as main big advantages pleasant texture and high resistance to hot temperatures without losing their colour, texture and flavour. The sum of all characteristics leads us to the leadership within the domestic market. In addition to this information, EUROCAVIAR exports the 45% of its total production to all international markets.
