EUROCAVIAR S.A. has three different brands: MUJJÓL SHIKRÁN (naturally smoked herring and mullet eggs), BONFISH (naturally smoked herring eggs) and SALMON SHIKRÁN (naturally smoked salmon). Both brands can be cooked and can support high baking and cooking temperature without damage with no flavour and colour loss.

Both brands are semi-preserved and pasteurized. The shelf life is 14 months (MUJJÓL SHIKRÁN & BONFISH) and must be kept cool between 2º y 12º degrees centigrade.
